We strive to send all orders out the same day, however occasionally depending on demand this may slip to 2 days. We will confirm despatch of your goods via email. If you do not hear from us in a few days please do give us a shout!
Postage and Packaging CostsUK Orders - £3.00 per item
Generally we use first class post or Parcel Force so if you are in mainland UK you should get your order the day after posting, though this depends on the Royal Mail and first class is not a guaranteed next day service.
European Orders (Including Ireland) - £5.50 per item
Most deliveries are sent First Class Airmail, the time taken depends on the destination but is generally less than five days, sometimes just two days.
Orders outside the EU (international) - £6.80 per item
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world but please be aware orders outside the EU maybe subject to customs inspection. This can in some cases delay their arrival We are required to attach a customs label with the value of the goods and they might be subject to import duties. Please check this before you order.
Lost Orders
Unfortunately orders do go missing in the post. If your order is not with you in a 5 working days for UK orders or a week in the EU please get in touch. If it is a first class UK dispatch we will send a prompt replacement. The same in the EU after eight working days. Lost orders are very, very rare and make a tiny fraction of the many deliveries achieved next day after ordering but we reckon it is best to be honest and up front. This does not affect your statutory rights
